To create a more business minded approach through multidisciplinary research and education, this track encourages hospitality management researchers to submit research on the industry’s and/or educational challenges. Due to its inherent lifestyle approach to business, it is necessary to conduct research that are practically founded, that develop current educational system, and that leads to a research and educational field that has the capability of balancing soft values with strategical skills.
