Abstract

Abstract

This paper purposes to systematically review existing resilience literature in the micro-entrepreneurship context focusing on entrepreneurial resilience and resilience competency and its development and development process from intra and interpersonal perspectives. In addition, the paper aims identify and study the interventions can be taken to enhance the resilience development.  The premise for the analysis is previous literature review by (Lee & Wang 2017).
